The Location

Nestled “In the Bend” of the Cumberland River sits our little haven of countryside. The Barn in the Bend sits atop our 40 acre farm with views in all directions. When you look to the west and the reds and oranges of setting sun you will see the distant skyline of Nashville, TN. Gazing to the north another beautiful skyline of the hills and lights of the little town of Goodlettsville TN, and to the east the beautiful fenced pastureland and the cattle and horses on our farm. This family farm has been in operation since the early 1940s. It has been a dairy farm and now for the past 20 years a horse and cattle farm.

We have raised our three sons here and love it and we know you will too. We would be honored to have you and your families celebrate one of the most important days of your lives here at the Barn in the Bend and make many memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Our Venue

Our farm offers our brides and grooms their own separate bridal suite and groom’s quarters. There are two vintage style barns, well-manicured gardens, pergola, waterfall and fish pond and our main “party barn” of 8,000 sq. ft. of concrete flooring indoor space, seating up to 225 people. The interior is ceiling is covered in Italian string lighting and ceiling draping and white draping outlining both sides of the main floor. The tin and wood dedicated bar/beverage area adds more rustic charm. We offer full farm access for engagement and pre-wedding day photo shots. Pricing also includes antique couches, mirrors 3 farmtables with cross back chairs, and 60” round tables with white resin chairs are also provided. We have numerous props as well as a list of vintage rentals vendors to choose from. We offer our covered wedding chapel that seats 150 plus overflow standing space for the ceremony. The large climate controlled reception area is also an option as well…., just in case…
